NCHU Freshman English Credits Waiver Transference
2021/08/30If you are conformed any of the following conditions, you can apply for waiving the Freshman English credits.

l TOEFL IBT 78
l IELTS 6
l Cambridge Certificate FCE
l TOEIC 785
l GEPT High-intermediate –Writing & Speaking Test
l I have been studying in English-speaking countries for two years from past three years.(Please provide related documents)
*All the English-speaking countries can apply for waiving the Freshman English credits. Please provide the graduation certificate within three years.
And if you don’t conformed any of the above conditions
Since 2019 academic year, we implement graded teaching for Freshmen English.
You need to join the English Placement Test so that we can add you to the roll of Freshman English.
Please register the English Placement Test during Aug 30th to Sep 3rd on this wedsite : http://flac.nchu.edu.tw/signup_detail.php?sn=135
We will send an affirmed email to you on Sep 6th.
The test time is on Sep 16rd ,2021 (Thu.) 8:30 to Sep 17th,2021(Fri.) 19:30.
Please take the test online within the time as mentioned above. Overdue will not be accepted.
